  • Instagram ID
  • Instagram profile URL
  • Creator name
  • Publicly disclosed monthly subscription fee
  • Publicly disclosed subscriber count
  • Publicly disclosed follower count

This information is derived from publicly accessible social media profiles and is processed only within the scope of providing our information listing service. Such data may be considered de-identified or pseudonymized information.

② Information Collected Through Submissions or Requests

  • Links or publicly available information provided by informants
  • Account details included in deletion request DMs for identity verification

③ Automatically Collected Technical Information

  • Access logs
  • View history
  • Device and browser information
  • Cookies

Use of Google Analytics

The Service uses Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and improve service quality. Google Analytics may collect the following information:

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address (which may be anonymized)

  • Processing deletion requests and verifying identity

3. Data Retention

  • Creator profile information: Deleted immediately upon receipt of a valid deletion request.
  • Automatically collected technical data: Retained for a limited period for analysis, then deleted or anonymized.
  • DM-based identity verification data:
    • Not stored separately on 3ize's servers.
    • Viewed only temporarily within Instagram for the purpose of processing the deletion request.
    • Not saved or retained in any internal database.

4. User Rights

  • Creators may request the deletion of their profile at any time.
  • Information correction requests may be submitted by third parties, and 3ize will review and determine whether correction is appropriate based on verification of accuracy.
  • Deletion requests submitted by third parties will not be processed. Only the creator may request the removal of their own profile.

5. Third-Party Sharing and Processing

3ize does not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

  • When required by applicable laws and regulations
  • When requested through lawful procedures by investigative authorities
  • Data hosting and service operation may be outsourced to providers such as Supabase and Vercel (subject to change).

6. Security Measures

3ize implements the following measures to protect collected information:

  • Restriction of access rights
  • Secure storage and encryption
  • Use of security protocols (e.g., HTTPS)
  • Measures to prevent unauthorized access

7. Protection of Minors

The Service may be accessed by anyone; however, users under the age of 18 cannot be listed as "creators."

This is because only individuals who legally meet Instagram's requirements for operating paid subscription features may be registered as creators on 3ize.

Updates to this Privacy Policy will be communicated through changes in the "Last Updated" date or other appropriate means.
